At Maesn, product comes first.
We build integrations the way product lovers would: with deep thinking, high standards, and a constant focus on what developers truly need. Our goal is not just to make systems connect, but to make integrations reliable, elegant, and effortless - because great integration quality directly shapes product value.
We challenge details, question complexity, and put ourselves in our customers’ shoes every day to create solutions that feel right, work sustainably, and move products closer to perfection.

CEO
Dr. Themo Voswinckel
Before founding Maesn, Themo built deep expertise in enterprise software integration through several years in strategy consulting, leading multi-million-euro projects in software landscape design, system selection, and implementation for complex mid-market and enterprise environments.
Alongside his operational work, he earned a Dr.-Ing. and a master’s degree in engineering, with a focus on digitization and the transformation of ERP into SaaS models.
Across numerous projects, he recognized that even the most modern software often lacks the integration capabilities required in real customer environments. This insight led him to co-found Maesn - enabling software companies to become natively compatible with their customers’ tech stacks.
CRO
Marius Pohle
Marius started his career in enterprise software as a Product Manager at one of Germany’s largest software companies, where he worked on software migration projects and led product and development teams focused on data, integrations, pipelines, and APIs - often the less visible but business-critical layers of software. He co-founded Maesn with the ambition to build a company that solves a structural problem for modern software teams and creates lasting value for customers. At Maesn, he leads customer relationships, sales, partnerships, and customer success, with a strong ability to understand what customers truly need, shape the right solution, and build trust far beyond a single deal. He is driven by helping software teams grow across Europe and making integration a strategic advantage.

CTO
Lennart Svensson
Lennart started programming at the age of 9. Subsequently, he obtained a master's degree in computer science from Uppsala University, including exchange studies at the National University of Singapore and the University of Zürich. During his 18 years in the software industry he has worked on diverse topics such as development of smartphone operating systems, development of an identity and access management platform for more than a million users, developing high-performance calculation jobs for the Norwegian pension system, leading strategic technology programs and M&A processes and acting as a technology advisor to senior management.
He has held titles such as Software Engineer, Lead Solution Architect, Chief Architect and Enterprise Architect. In 2023, Lennart joined Maesn as the CTO and later became a co-founder. He is passionate about building a product that takes the effort out of system integration and building a European start-up.
